These terms apply to orders placed with Small Run Supply LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Placing an order means you accept them. We sell to businesses, not to consumers.

Quotes

A quote is valid for 30 days and is based on the information you give us: container, quantity, label size and artwork. If any of those change, the price may change, and we will tell you before we proceed.

Artwork and proofs

You supply the artwork. We send you a digital proof showing your artwork on the container before anything is printed. Nothing goes to print until you approve that proof in writing.

Once you approve a proof it is final. We print what you approved, so please check spelling, colour, placement and any required legal wording carefully. Colour on a screen will not match printed ink exactly.

Your responsibilities for artwork

By sending us artwork you confirm that:

you own it, or you have permission to use it
it does not infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright or other rights
its content meets every legal requirement for your product, including ingredient declarations, net quantity, warnings and the name and address of the responsible party

We print and apply labels. We do not check whether label content complies with cosmetic, food, supplement or any other regulation. That stays with you, because only you know what is in the product.

Quantities

Labels are applied by hand, and a small number are always lost to setup and handling. We may deliver up to 10% more or fewer units than ordered and will invoice the quantity actually delivered. If you need an exact minimum, tell us and we will build the overage into the quote.

Payment

New accounts pay 50% on order and the balance before dispatch. We invoice in US dollars. Bank transfer is preferred. Nothing is ordered from our suppliers until the deposit clears.

Delivery

Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and start when you approve the proof. We will always tell you if a date is going to move. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier.

If something is wrong

If a label is misapplied, wrinkled, or lifts from the container within 30 days of delivery, we will replace the affected units free of charge, or refund them if you prefer. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photograph.

Because every order is printed with your own artwork, finished goods cannot be resold or returned to stock. We cannot accept returns or cancellations once a proof is approved and printing has started, except under the defect cover above.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost sales or the cost of the product you intended to fill the containers with. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
