Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed with Creators Reach LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which operates Small Run Supply. Placing an order means you accept them. We sell to businesses, not to consumers.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are in US dollars. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. For anything not listed, we send a quote, valid for 30 days, for the items, quantities and delivery address you give us.

The products

We supply professional salon and barber consumables made by third-party manufacturers. The item you receive is the one described on this site or in your quote. Photographs on this site show the type of product and may not show the exact brand, colour or pack size supplied.

Use the products as their manufacturer directs. Where a product carries manufacturer instructions or warnings, those apply.

Payment

Orders placed on this site are paid in full at checkout, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. Quoted orders are paid in full before we place them with our supplier, unless the quote says otherwise.

First-order discount

The code FIRST10 takes 10% off the items on your first order (the first paid order under your email address), up to $50 off, with the same $10 minimum. It cannot be used on later orders or combined with another code, and has no cash value. We may end the offer at any time; orders already paid keep it.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United States. Your first order ships free, with a minimum first order of $10. After that, delivery is free on orders over $100 before any discount, and $7.95 otherwise. A first order means the first paid order under your email address. Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears, and we email tracking when the order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and start when payment clears. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier.

If an item turns out to be out of stock, we tell you by email and refund that item in full, or the whole order if you prefer.

If something is wrong

If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photograph.

We do not accept returns of correctly supplied items unless we have agreed to it in writing first. Opened or used items cannot be returned, because most of these products are single-use and hygiene-sensitive.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost sales. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where Creators Reach LLC is registered.
