Small Run Supply LLC runs this site. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It is short because we collect very little.

No tracking on this site

We use no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third party scripts and no cookies. Nobody is profiling you here.

The one thing the site stores in your browser is a short campaign code, if you arrived from a link that carried one, so that a reply can be matched to the message that prompted it. It is held in session storage, it never leaves your browser except attached to a quote request you choose to send, and it disappears when you close the tab.

What we collect, and only when you send the form

• your name and email address
• your brand or company name, if you give one
• the quantity and container sizes you are interested in
• what you tell us you are packaging
• your label artwork, if you attach it

We use it to answer you, prepare a quote, and fulfil an order if you place one. We do not send marketing email to people who have only asked for a quote, and we never sell or rent your details.

Your artwork

Artwork you send is confidential. We use it to produce your proof and your order. We do not show it to anyone outside the suppliers who need it to print and apply your labels, we do not publish it, and we do not use it as a sample of our work unless you tell us we may.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and handles the form request.
• Resend delivers the enquiry to our inbox.
• If you order, the distributor and the packaging partner who fill the order receive the delivery address and the artwork, and nothing else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months. Order records are kept for 7 years, because tax rules require it. Artwork is kept while you are a customer, so reorders do not need re-sending, and deleted on request.

Your choices

Email laz@smallrunsupply.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in and no account required. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have these rights by law, and we apply them to everyone regardless.

Changes

If this page changes we update the date at the top. Material changes will be told to active customers by email.
