Creators Reach LLC operates Small Run Supply and runs this site. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It is short because we collect very little.

Tracking on this site

We use the Google Ads tag, so that when you reach us through one of our ads, Google can tell us whether that visit led to an order. It sets Google cookies in your browser, and on the order-received page it reports the order number and total to Google. Google processes this under its own privacy policy, and you can control ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through the site (scrolling, clicks, pages viewed) so we can see what is confusing and fix it. It does not record what you type into forms. Microsoft processes this under its own privacy statement. Checkout happens on Stripe’s own payment page, under Stripe’s privacy policy.

One thing we do record. If you arrive from a link we sent you, that link carries a short code identifying the message, and our server notes that it was opened. That note holds the page, the time, your approximate location (city, region and country, worked out from your connection), the type of browser you used, and the page you came from, if your browser reports one. It tells us a message reached someone. It is not tied to a name, it is not shared, and it sets nothing in your browser.

The site stores two things in your browser. The first is that short code, if the link carried one, so that an order or request can be matched to the message that prompted it. It is held in session storage, leaves your browser only with an order or request you choose to send, and disappears when you close the tab. The second is your order summary (the items and quantities you picked), in local storage, so it is still there if you come back. It never leaves your browser until you press Checkout, and clearing your browser data removes it.

What we collect, and only when you order or send the form

• your name and email address
• your shop or company name, if you give one
• your ZIP code, if you give one, to work out delivery
• the products you are interested in
• the quantities and anything else you tell us
• when you order: your delivery address and phone number

Card details go to Stripe, never to us. We see the card brand and last four digits in Stripe’s dashboard, nothing more.

We use it to answer you, prepare a quote, and fulfil an order if you place one. We use your email at checkout to check whether this is your first order, for free delivery. We never sell or rent your details.

Offers by email

At checkout you can tick a box to receive offers and updates from us. We email you about anything other than your order only if you ticked it, and every such email lets you unsubscribe.

Who processes it

• Netlify hosts the site, stores the inquiry form and invoice requests (your email and the order list), and sends them to our inbox.
• Stripe takes payment and holds the order and delivery details.
• Google receives ad-click and order-completion data through the Google Ads tag.
• Microsoft receives visit recordings through Clarity, with typed text masked.
• Google Workspace hosts that inbox.
• If you order, the supplier who fills the order receives your delivery address and the order details, and nothing else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months. Order records are kept for 7 years, because tax rules require it.

Your choices

Email laz@smallrunsupply.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in and no account required. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have these rights by law, and we apply them to everyone regardless.

Changes

If this page changes we update the date at the top. Material changes will be told to active customers by email.
